finally went back and read the main story… and wowwwww it puts things in perspective… like…. the fact that minho was already suicidal before he got kidnapped does change some things…

also… crazy how he felt guilty for saying duna’s writing was bad when he REPEATEDLY HIT HER???

don’t get me wrong, she sucks too… but none of the times he hit her was because of self defense… he’d always hit her because he wanted her to shut up….

I don’t think this story is just a Stockholm Syndrome story… I think it’s two horrible people eventually becoming codependent with one another, and I think that author is aware of what it is.

And… Idk, I thought it was soooo darkly funny when Minho said Wookyoung couldn’t be the #1 most important thing in his life, but he could be the 5th… and Wookyoung cries and asks if he could be the 4th and Minho concedes

Anyways, I think this story was VERY self-aware and not comparable at all to the artist’s other adaption, Revenge. That shit is sooooo much darker, imo.
