Ever since i started reading smut, I've kept these few habits. The phone should always be kept face down when not in use, making sure to press power button if I'm getting sleepy while using it. Never, NEVER KEEP CHROME OPEN IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Any other app is fine but not this.

Well, this isn't so bad. You can just say you're reading it for reasearch purposes. Like you're studying what exactly causes this illness and you'll write a thesis about it.
