Ok so I am a danmei fanatic I literally live for this, it's so much better than regular yaoi it's amazing I love it so much. I actually haven't completed any danmei officially yet, but I know the endings. I have Heaven Officials Blessing (all volumes) Scum Villain Self Saving System (Vol 1 and I've read it) A Ballad of Sword and Wine (2 volumes, unread) And the Husky and His White Cat Shizun (Every volume except 10 and 11 and I've read all of it).

Does anyone know any good sad movies to cry to? I'd prefer it not be a romance (if it is a romance I'd want it to be queer because most movies fuck up the type of straight romance I want to see) I'd want something similar to the vibes of Grave of the Fireflies or Chunking Express. Or like The Summer Hikaru Died (Omg how are we feeling about Yoshiki confessing ) Anyways, pls send recs, or not, it's ur life.

So I just watched Your Name Engraved Herein and I was actually sobbing so hard, and I loved the aesthetic and vibes it gave off as well. Apparently it was based off the directors experience, but at the end of the movie the scene where Jia-Han and Birdy reunite was an extra added by the director because the director never got to meet his irl "Birdy" so he decided to add the ending because he always wanted to meet Birdy again
Yes, but the director has recently asked the fans whether we want to see Jia Han's expedition with various lovers when he wasn't with Birdy on his IG, but I don't know if that will come to actual production.
And, I'm glad that you like it. It altered my brain chemistry. Also, Nightflight is such an underrated movie. I hope you'll like it.
