For Nanjo to chase Mokyeon would have to give up on him, the way he is rn, it doesn't feel he'll just give up on Nanjo. It seems it'll more go down the lane of Mokyeon trying to hurt himself either to get Nanjo's attention or just bc he can't deal with these feelings he has no idea how to control. Mokyeon may love Nanjo but he is too unhealthily attached and has no healthy outlet to his feelings which is why I feel we'll see him in a downward spiral. I can't say about Nanjo though, he still seems infatuated to Sunhwa for some reason. He too os unhealthily attached to Sunhwa and his "innocence". He realizes he made the situation worse but he isn't giving Sunhwa the fault he deserves.
