Like for example, on the outside, seok jinwon is a role model for the other students, a flawless and kindhearted kid who always stands up for others. But in reality, he does it for his own greed and selfishness, he doesn‘t actually care about the people he helps, he only needs to maintain a good image and reputation. It is also shown, how he tries to fix his image by utilizing unethical and dishonest methods like asking sara (i forgot what he asked her) and you can also see, how his sanity (or smth like that) is slowly deteriorating while he struggles to turn everything back to normal and be the perfect top student again.
With mental issues, i mean like things each character mentally struggle with, that are slowly revealed in the story (hope this is understandable enough, english isnt my first language and im like in my first year of highschool )
