He's the guy who killed them in their past life(the modern day japan life one). He's also the guy responsible for Airi going to Maydare. He's the guy who gave Airi the dagger and transported her in Maydare. He's also Nero's brother afaik. He's a general in that purple butterfly Queen's Kingdom. And afaik, he's the hero during the scarlet witch's time(500 yrs ago)
