updates go to the notif bell twice a day, if they were newly updated then they probably haven't caught up with the bell yet. If the issue persists sometimes deleting your reading status then adding it back can help resolve the issue.
the twice a day is usually around 10-10:30 am for the first notif & 10-10:30 pm GMT for the 2nd notif btw
