i know precisely what you mean, Jaewon was trying to say it's not a me or you problem. it's an us problem. and we need to resolve it together essentially. despite being hurt, he acknowledges the feelings between them instead of throwing them to the wind. which is an action done out of pure sentiment. which is indeed beautiful.

Jaewon's "what if I keep doubting you" is so romantic to me.
In many people's heads, that will come out as "why do you make me doubt you"
He's shifting the problem from the MC's lie to himself because he doesn't want the blame to fall solely onto the MC. (It’s kind of hard to explain it lol)
It truly shows just who Jaewon is as a person as well as how he commits to love. It's such a lovely and beautiful view on a romantic relationship.
Of course, this is disregarding all other details (including the lie) and focusing just on this one sentence
