in the far past the omegas were treated badly, then a family of omegas found a book on how to make a god and kidnapped the ML and tortured him to turn him into a god. MC (previous life) found out and was murdered bc he didn't agree to this. the omega family then make a wish to the new god to make their family powerful and successful, but they still make some omegas in the family as sacrifice to the god (ML)
in recent past kid MC was visited by ML and taught how to survive as sacrifice.
in present MC is selected as sacrifice, manages to survive, but the main family discovers that and tries to kidnap/kill him bc if the god don't take a sacrifice he won't keep their wish fulfilled. ML saves MC, shenanigans happens, he slowly starts to remember his life as a human and when all three mugos taste MC ass they kinda "sync up" but this causes the human persona to return, but he manages to make peace with his past and the human soul goes to the afterlife and mugo finally is fully a god.
when MC discovered that the main family created a god with such brutality for such selfish reasons he goes to the main house to burn it down and that's where we at now. ML goes to find MC, grants the power to the new head of the family to kill some of the bad people and all their wrongdoings comes to surface

There was an omega village who’d pimp out their clans members to alpha families. The omega clan got greedy and decided to use the alpha who was in love with Jaheon’s former life self as a sacrifice (lord mugo) they tortured him so bad that he had to disassociate to stay alive causing a fracture in his psyche and creating three distinct personalities. From then on the omega clan would send sacrifices to lord mugo so they could gain a wish (accumulating more wealth and power). Lord mugo realized Jaheon was the reincarnation of his love and selected him to be the next sacrifice. But instead of eating him lord mugo let him stay alive as an all around maid and sex partner. Together they faced their previous lives memories learning the real truth. Jaheon goes to the clan’s main house and sets a fire in the library destroying all manuscripts relating to creating and maintaining a god. It wraps up with the head of the clan asking for one last wish. Lord mugo gives that opportunity to Jaheon but instead of wishing everyone dead who has wronged him and lord mugo he wishes that they live on without a second thought or concern to them, that the omega clan is essentially dead figuratively. As they are getting ready to leave lord mugo gives the head of the clan 10 talismans that will cause instant death to anyone’s name written on the back. They return home together and the head of the clan and effectively destroys the clan from within causing their stock to be depleted and exposing all the misdeeds they’ve done over the last few centuries. Jaheon returns home with lord mugo and lives happily with all three personalities.
