why sihyun so mad at the MC? what's going on?

ML doesn't understand that MC only has eyes for him. He thinks he's still a plaything for MC. He saw the thing in the bathroom (can't remember what it was but it was from Mac's friend) and he maybe saw something about both of them and the ring... So he thinks MC is going to dump him
