Its a reincarnation or rebirth type. The Seme and Uke keeps reincarnation but the Seme has his memory in tact while the Uke doesnt. But they always fell for each other. But the uke keeps dying whenever he gets together with a seme. I forgot but i think its their punishment. So seme keeps pushing him away. I remember the Uke here getting stabbed by his neighbor
