First of all it’s medical tape, duct tape is commonly black. Idk if you trolling or what cause no way you said that bruh. It’s medical tape covering his open heart surgery scar.

He mentions it when the ml comes over and he’s got the cute bandaid patches on his nipples. The ml asks what the tape it for and he tells him it’s to cover a scar from when he was hurt as a child. He’s self conscious of it and thinks it’s ugly so he hides it.
