i remb reading this manhwa/webtoon/manga years ago.
it's about this guy who is in love and dating this girl who has a chronic illness or smth. And the other girl, who likes the guy but from afar, feels sad but can't do anything about it. The guy is reallly in love with the chronic illness girly. But i think the girl eventually dies.
