I sooo agree like the blonde hair dude is a little to normal about the fact that mc is basically a gangster and who he's talking to isn't the real mc? I really do like the omega he's cool and funny I love him! But I think we moved on to fast from that ╥﹏╥

It’s like it’s supposed to be a comedy rather than a serious story so they just threw in a whole bunch of things as shock factors, or to make their story stick out without actually touching on those things. Like how the mc is a gangster and how his friend betrayed him. There’s still so much more to unpack. I was hoping it’d be more like the donghua “I Have to be a Great Villain.” Idk if that’s the official title but that’s what it call on Mangago. If you haven’t read it, then you really should. Okay so I absolutely love the way the MC is.. to a degree. There are some things that I’m not a fan of but that’s not important. Somehow I feel that we’ve lost the plot somewhere in the middle, romantically anyways. Maybe I just have poor comprehension skills or smth but I’m really not understanding why all of a sudden they’re in love with each other(it’s cute don’t get me wrong.) It feels like trying to connect the dots but the dots are missing. I feel like it’s a little stranger for them to have developed feeling for each other this quickly, especially given the situation. But honestly I’m just grateful they didn’t pull a donghua classic and make the mc some frail ass damsel in distress. Thank the lords, truly. Moral of the story I don’t understand how they developed feelings this quick, ik we’re alrdy 51 chapters in but it really feels like nothing happened. Idk maybe it’s just me#－.－)
