Also when I say it reminds me of MDZS I’m mainly talking abt the world setting and stuff because idk if there’s any lick of BL in this story. But MDZS is a censored BL anime bcz it’s Chinese. But it’s actually so good. The donghua has some uncensored stuff in the extra’s
It’s really a shame that this has been discontinued but rn I’m only on chapter 2 and I can’t stop thinking how much this reminds me of MDZS by MXTX you may know her other work named Heaven’s Official Blessing. But the similarities are making me feel both nostalgic and fearful for what’s to come. But anyways I may not know what’s gonna happen by the end of this season and I may change my mind on how I feel but just based off the first 2 chapters it really reminds me of MDZS aka the grandmaster of demonic cultivation. It has like 3 different English names but it typically pops up with Mo Dao Zu Shi. So if yall really enjoyed it I would 100% recommend you read MDZS. It has a novel and an anime as well as a donghua so you can read it or watch it. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
