If it's bc she outed the spy, that spy had sided with the bastards who benefitted most from the previous tyrant, who was the one that tortured him... so his so called "revenge" was by forming an alliance with the supporters/enablers of his torturer... it didn't make sense from the start.
I mean, he reminds me of Charlotte in the second film of Five Nights at Freddy's: so blinded by her revenge that she doesn't realize that the one "helping her" with it is actually her own killer's son, carrying out his father's (Charlotte's killer's) legacy.
She's too selfish... Typical Korean stories, women are always right wherever they are... Even if it's a different title!!! Even if what they do is a very selfish thing, they will always be right and cannot be blamed!!!
