Well not broke her leg physically but a binding spell for her not to walk. And she agree to it.
On the day of the red moon she left the mansion & he thought she was gonna leave again so he put a spell bind on her ankle so she cannot walk 1 step without massive pain. He also doesn’t really let her be pushed by anyone else.
