Bruh ex was a pos. Only dated her for a bet and wanted to get laid for the same bet so no he aint any better either. Its just that anna was the only one from gis world and she was closer to roth so despite all that he tolerated just to find a way to their world. He's selfish but yeah as he aint a demon he got some empathy to not leave a girl behind ig. Roth life was a mess ngl blamed for mother death, father didnt care and hated even, wife taught him love but abandoned him and his child. His dad made sure that he feels agony like he did even tho anna left letter for roth but the fathet burned jt ugh so yeah from roths side its understandable but doesnt justify his actions. I kinda hope their child wld grow up sweet later on but we wont ever know cuz almost no plots shows the main coupls childrems growth
I feel a bit bad for the ex bf, he wasn’t even a terrible person No shade but he’s also objectively a better guy than Roth too, as much as I hate the ending of the actual story, atleast Roth and Anna actually “love” each other and she has some security. I hate to say it but she really is right where she wants to be but the ex bf has deadass no one and hates it there lol
