so, the red head is not Arelin’s bio father either. Sione, Arelin’s mother, was basically sold into the marriage because the Grand Duke fell for her. She ran away from the territory after marriage. She somehow encountered an immortal being (like the one ar the imperial palace), fell in love and she fot pregnant. When she got to her brother at the war fronts, she was heavily pregnant and about to give birth. After giving birth, she sadly passed away. This is also why Arelin is so sick all the time, since her father is an immortal godly being, her mortal body can not really handle the strain of the “godly” part of heritage.
