i interpret the 'using the mc' because of the title and the actions of the ml to the recent chapters, and it's also connected to the title playmate so yeah, but still it's not 100% sure, but they still like using the mc in some way because he didn't even consented in the other twin.

the mc is being used by the other twin and yes, the ml had twin. this is disgusting, i like 3p especially double penetration if it's consented but this one? nah, the mc DIDN'T CONSENT to the other twin and yet he's being fucked by the twin? hell nah, this literally sucks. still not dropping it because i wanted to see what will happened after, but yeah, literally the title 'PLAYMATE' they are using the mc, so i feel so fucking bad that i am pissed off.
