i dont read this manhwa but idk, i had the same experience with "mousetrap". i was so mad and furious over an SA scene by "2nd ML" if we can even call him that. like wow what a way to announce love triangle ew. it was so good, the MC and ML were childhood friends and the conflict was still there there was no need to add SA and love triangle. i hated it sm. one of my fav stories and they had to ruin it with this.
Last year, one of my fav BLs took a turn for the worse. The rating was at its peak before one chapter of SA in an otherwise healthy and interesting story by the ML, at 9.4. After that chapter, the rating just kept dropping to new lows with each upload. Unfortunately, nothing could have undone the damage. I'm seeing the same thing here, I was enjoying the story but the turn it took made me completely uninterested. Especially because I relate to the anxiety and emotional issues of the MC in this story, I am not sure how the author will deal with such heavy topics later on.
