There's a reality to this series since the father-in-law character emphasizes heteronormity to his son's gay ex-boyfriend, and I keep rolling my eyes as a gay guy--especially since there's an option for going abroad for gay marriage and adopting/surrogacy, but rarely anyone discusses that. Plus the ex-boyfriend, AKA the MC, crosses too many boundaries and SAs his ex-bfs dad. Yeah, it's icky for me, despite the hot scene.
