I'm loving the story so far, although the translation is lacking, but as a psychology graduate with a background in neuropsychology, it's particularly irksome to see the fake science. If you're going to make the main character a child psychologist in this type of story, the least you could do is Google the plausibility of every science-based inference the character makes. Why would you say that the size of a child's forehead is indicative of frontal lobe development? Like, come on. That sounds like some unsupported theory they developed in the 19th century Other things mentioned like the child's attachment style indicating a healthy bond with their primary caregiver, and the mention of separation anxiety, are relatively reasonable as those are things one can actually deduce based on displayed behaviours, but the frontal lobe shit just took me right out of it. And it's so frustrating because a very quick search would tell you that that's absolutely baseless.
