Kim Heejae is so well written, he's so realistic. I've literally met this type of emotionally blocked off, short tempered, problematic geniuses before irl. He makes the story interesting, I feel on edge "Ah, please don't hurt people again, you're getting better" and then he goes back to his ways. Han Garam's love struck perspective blinds me, I get swept up with him thinking it's a great time, until the inevitable problems in the background become clearer and seep in. Yeah, I know a people like Kim Heejae, I don't like them quite frankly. But in a story? They're great, he's great, as a character.
