I'm re-reading tis,I kinda take back my words , I'd argue that he might be the most detailed character I've seen from the way he holds chopsticks, his thinking / behaviour, not knowing basic commonsense but still just enough to get by , there's no way he doesn't got some kinda syndrome . Looking at all the other characters, the author definitely knows how to write , there's no way they would just slap a dumb guy role on the bottom

More like his behaviour is consistent all throughout, most of the time "dumb" characters loose basic commonsense when it comes to sex so it's definitely not dummyfication
