Literally, the only thing I'm kinda getting is
(1)the mc got drugged by his jealous brother for getting acknowledge by their dad, cus he don't have the same business knowledge as mc = making him an omega.
(2)Then mc and ml met at the restaurant, mc disrupted ml getting bj = ml pissed, mc pissed, they argued.
(3)They met again at college w the same course and is awkward/angry because of what happened = each demand each other to drop the course, but can't due to some reasons.
(4)Then the raining part when ml let mc in his umbrella and got caught by mc's brother = brother mad because he don't like his brother having anything.
(5)Then mc's brother treats him as an omega cus he knows he's turning = Mc angry at ml and brother, cus they're both shit.
(6)Ml's brother loaned a 200mil but with interest went to 500mil, ml brother has not paid yet = mc pissed at ml, saw this as an opportunity to get back at him, considered the resemblance between the two (ml and ml's brother).
(7)Ml brother got caught, but is embarrassed to call his family except for his brother = brother came and saw his brother tied, got angry and started showing off his phermone = mc not knowing he's starting to become an omega lowkey felt it but he thought it was indigestion.
(8)Mc still oblivious, trying to humiliate ml = ml humiliated but no choice but obey because his brother is captive.
