Looking for a yaoi

I remember reading this back in 2017 it is kind of a problematic japanese yaoi. But the only thing i remember about the story is that the main character left home and then he rent this apartment and i guess he is with his toxic boyfriend and then his younger brother visited and then this younger brother somehow fuck with this boyfriend and then the reason why he knows his younger brother is fucking with his boyfriend is because he received a phone call and then he heard his younger brother moaning in the background but this boyfriend of his is not the end game he somewhat end up with a gentleman wearing an overcoat another thing is this younger brother really wanted to get the older brother's attention that's why he did that. The reason i remember that is bcz i was flabbergasted withe everything going on i was just 14 at that time
