I remember not really liking the story much 5 years ago, with all the harassment and stuff. But i decided to reread it again and give it a chance. Now, I still hate all the sexual harassment but now I can relate to the struggles of internalised homophobia and it's so realistic and really depressing in a way. I can't really express all my thoughts but one thing I want to point now is that after rereading this, I noticed how the first scene of Mikado meeting Anezaki is on the train with his earphones on, with the last chapter of them on the train sitting and listening to music with the same earphones. It's such a nice callback. Chapter 5.6 is a great chapter (づ￣ ³￣)づ
