i struggle with AuDHD and the interview with the lady with hearing disability (ueno ?) hit devastatingly close- that feeling that everyone is already at the starting line, relaxed, warming up and preparing for the run, while you are huffing & heaving while desperately trying to reach the starting point- after which you have to hit the ground running with no time to rest & prepare. i can just hope to ease some of it and live a better life through cbt and such... it takes a toll on your mind in the long run if you don't learn to stabilise emotions.
