The dialogue feels really choppy and unnatural, like a conversation where both people keep zoning out. And Timothy!! How is this guy a professional reporter? He runs into deadly and questionable situations just because a hot stranger gives him a cryptic wink. It doesn't feel like an adult supernatural mystery—it feels like a group of impulsive teenagers sneaking around at summer camp. If they were actually high schoolers or collegers, the naivety and recklessness would make sense! But with adult characters, it just pulls me out of the story.

I'm genuinely curious. Did anyone else feel this tonal disconnect, or were you able to look past it for the beautiful art? Honestly, chapter 19 was it for me... I really couldn't keep reading anymore ( ̄∇ ̄")
