I've been a member since 2018 (reading even before that). My "Already Read" list was over 4,000+ titles the last time I checked. Now it's 967. And I my other lists were mostly erased too (My I am reading is 71 now ).
This is the SECOND time I've lost data. Now it's happening again. For God's sake, MangaGo, what's going on with you? ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
The first time, my lists were completely erased. Support restored most of them, but not everything came back. I lost data permanently. Now it feels like my lists are being erased little by little..
I didn't even notice at first. I only realized when I checked the count. That's what scares me. How long has this been happening? (￣∇￣")
Has anyone else noticed something like this happening to their account? Did it get fixed?

Earlier this year, everybody got their lists wiped because of technical issues. The already-read and reading lists got mixed together as the lists were slowly recovered, and not everything could be recovered. I think it was the stories that needed to be rated and tagged? I don’t remember it that well anymore, but yes, we all went through it </3
Yes, I remember that (╥﹏╥) I was there too. That was the first time I lost my data.
And that's exactly why I'm panicking now. Why is it happening AGAIN? It's supposed to be fixed.
Also, do you know where we can actually report this? I couldn't find any Contact Us or Report option anywhere.(￣∇￣")

i'm always confused by this too. someone said their list was gone, but they've been active the whole time, so it's not like they just logged back in. i don't get why they reacted as if it was their first time opening the site in a while

About the confusion — I'm active almost every day too. That's what makes this so scary (￣∇￣"). My list dropped from 4,000+ to 976 without me logging out or doing anything differently.
The "again" is because this is the second time I've lost data. The first time was that big wipe earlier this year where everyone's lists got mixed up and permanently lost some of my list. So to see my numbers drop all over again while I'm active is really frustrating and confusing.
I just hope emailing them works.

They aren't deleted you'll get them back.
don't worry, ppl whose acc were made in 2014 and 2015, as in earlier years, slowly got their reads back.
Currently users who added stuff before July 2021 are getting their reads back.

It's happening to everyone. All of my stuff disappeared and I also keep logging off but don't worry!! Some of my "reading" has been slowing coming back and I believe yours will too. I think the system is slowing rebuilding itself and your stuff should be as well.

This happened to me too, mind you I was just reading last night so imagine my shock this morning when I went to my homepage and all of my "want to read" suddenly disappeared , I'm kinda relieved I'm not the only one going through this
