Well even if you don't read it I want to talk about a very funny scene in a novel (humanxfish) the fish can transform (fish, human, merman and fish head with human legs ←(*꒪ヮ꒪*)
In a moment of grave danger for his boyfriend, the fish is the only one who can save him but for that he has to run with the fish head form in the middle of the night and obviously he was seeing by people (≧∀≦)

I'm imagining a very cartoonish goldfish with some chibi human legs, quite a cute image and I hope it's what I'm imagining and not some eldritch horror chimera.

Does anyone know the name of this manhwa? It's one of those fantasy historical ones, the FMC has white hair and wears a mask. I believe she was either forced or she wears it to rebel? It only had a promo chapter from what I remember. The art was really good as well. It was released ages ago, if I had to say, maybe more than 3 years ago?

Novel readers, what is the story about? I will probably end up reading it cause there's overflowing positive reviews about it everywhere. I just want to know like the gist of it before reading it!
It has been years since I last read it. Basically a disease that causes nightmares and sleepiness that once you sucomb sends you to your first "trial". If you survive then you gain power but if you die you become the nightmare monster you needed to overcome, harder it is the stronger the power. Then there is like second, third and fourth nightmares if I remember correctly. Each gives you a new harder trial, sometimes with more ppl and the more you survive the higher you go. Is crazy difficult and the dude is just a psycho sometimes, but that is what is necessary to survive.
There is lore from the nightmares too cause there is always some ancient mystery being uncovered every trial they enter.
A lot die obviously and some deaths are just so gorey, really hope they add in a few cause I felt some of them.

Highly recommend. Is kinda like the usual dungeon ones but with dreams and there are some pretty terrible monsters around.
Just suggest waiting like 40 chapters and see if the style actually does it justice.
