From what I remember, the two main characters live next door to each other in an apartment or dorm. One of them is a flirt/playboy, while the other has just moved from the countryside to attend college and is pretty innocent and unfamiliar with city life.
On his first day moving in, the innocent one brings something to his neighbor's room, but when the door opens, he catches the playboy with a woman.
After that, the playboy keeps teasing and messing with him because he's so gullible. I also remember the playboy often calling him "cat" or "kitty."
