This is basically what early novel readers are trying to say lol. But many people are not understanding that not likable character doesnt equal bad story. And the writing gap you feel is because dmiyc is the first story in this omegaverse the author conceptualized, even before kiss me liar or kimyc. She takes a lot of time developing the story before launch and it definitely shows in the quality.
so i finished the novel this entire week and im very surprised to report that grayson and dane's story/characters were written so much better than kiss me liar. i used to dislike grayson myself and thought he was just a pos. while im no expert about this entire series, i do feel the author's writing gap from kiss me liar and desire me if you can, this one with more fleshed out and nuanced writing. throw tomatoes or wtv, but i enjoyed this a lot more
