Hey, so this reminded me of the time I ran into a hs friend after not speaking for years. Invited him to my house b/c we used to be super chill and I knew his whole family back in the day. Smoked my first spliff with him back then. Welp. Boy turned out to be a whole crackhead. Spent the entire evening with my roommate strategizing on how to get him tf out of our place. Told him I was glad we got to catch up b/c I was moving out of state for work, then ghosted theeee eff outta him. It was a mess. Anyway, this reminded me of that for some reason. Can’t get caught slipping applying hs memories to adult realities.
