Yeju goes on days trying to break Moryeon out of his heat which leads to him going into a rut and it's depicted as something really, really scary to face. He becomes aggressive and he doesn't seem to be aware at all, contrasting how Moryeon was utterly out of it when he was in heat. It's so stressful but tbh it's a necessary lesson for Moryeon to realize how bad of an idea he truly had. This is what he wanted to fake being as, an alpha, and he sees how scary a true alpha can be no matter how sweet and gentle Yeju is
