I kinda agree. He hasn't been doing a great job, and in the end, instead of just seducing and extracting information, he's become obsessed too. But for feeling sympathy, as I mentioned, Enzo's resemblance to Candy might play a part, but there could be more. Rian said they're different, but there has to be a common factor in their backgrounds for the difference in their personalities to make sense.
