Unfortunately taegeon sleeps with jaeha while drunk, so he couldn't really consent. We get some bits of that scene from taegeon's perspective in the novel, it says that jaeha kissed him first, but that doesn't make it any right. I did enjoy the novel but I definitely didn't enjoy that, but then again these authors never fail to ruin their work with shit like that
