Yes and no. It's trauma based so as illogical as it is see it that way. She's technically right. She doesn't own anything. She probably hasn't signed any papers that transfer properties to her name
Cosplaying poor and working hard to be independent are very 2 different things.
Like sure she has a rich family that can always support her, but she's literally spent the last year or so on her own and working for her independence. Actively doing everything she can not to not use that money, not pretending she can't.
Sometimes it feels like Sami is cosplaying as a poor person and I have to side eye it
