But i guess he changed his plan because he relised how capable she is, no one can break her and without her husband she won't be weak, she'll simply go to frenzy
All in all i like the fact that deep down, they're all crazy and wicked but admirable because they don't involve innocent people in their action
well he was young (so more reckles, less experience in love). the rumor and the theatre aren't his doing too, he's just trying to gauge/test celestine a bit because he was blinded with love. but he didn't go really far at all. as for his thoughts, they are free, many people can have wild thought there and there but it's merely a thought. it would be weirder if he's completely selfless with no jealously.
anyway sometimes i feel worried with other men around celestine because it seem like they can go crazy anytime (including her brother) but the stepson is weirdly safe
I understand why everyone just keep falling for her. She's just that charismatic. Also a typical "she's not like other noble ladies" trope. A beautiful cool-headed oneesama that never break, never bend, and definitely loyal to one person.
I mean, come on, she's closer to her stepson's age, of course he's gonna have a crush on her. It's not like he's doing anything about it though? He's extremely civil towards her, even during her memory loss.
Honestly, Celestine should just throw money at Clara and make her her exclusive tailor. She can escape unwanted marriage and do what she likes.
