Didn't have to add turning into a child plotline

I was actually enjoying this webtoon, until they added the part where snake fl turns into a child after shedding... Like make it make sense. It was going so well with them as adults but nah they had to make it weird somehow. The story would've worked well even without this stupid ahh turning into a child shiz. Like what does it even add to the main plotline? Idk if I'll continue after this cause this is just ridiculous
