The mc becomes friends with the mls cousin who he met at the bar (where the chapter leaves off, they don’t have sex) the cousin is quite clingy because he likes the mc and ends up working at his job so the cousin later invites him to his sister recital and the mc and the ml who have been seeing each other at that point cross paths. The ml is with his fiancee (arranged fiancee that he doesn’t care about and vise versa) the mc finds out about the fiancee
after finding out about the engagement the mc wants to go home but can’t go because Yuwon got tangled up in trouble and they’re trying to to fix it and keep him safe so the ML locks him in the house and the mc becomes depressed about the whole situation and becomes mentally unstable
Trying to fix yuwon problem the ML sends his bodyguard to protect yuwon who later becomes a side couple (the author never goes in depth into the couple and idk if they have they’re own story)
When yuwon is safe THE mc breaks up w the ml BY BUYING HIM SHOES (technically they were never officially together)because the mls doesn’t see the need in breaking up his engagement since he sees no values in marriage.
When they break up the ML actually lets the mc go
The ml and the mc suffer after the break up and the ml wakes up and realizes he loves the mc so he breaks off the engagement tells the mc he loves him and ask him to date him. The end
Moving on to the side stories basically the go on a trip abroad and the MC goes into heat for the first time, gets knotted a couple times. Has what could be a pregnancy dream. The ml gives the mc a ring idk if it was just couple rings or wedding rings but then the last chapter of the side stories is a flashback of how the ML met the MC at the orphanage (btw 8 year age gap between the ml and mc).
