i lowkey think that geonpil is like bear from obsession…..obviously not in the same exact way but more like in his selfishness and way he views Yeonseoung likeeee he continues to use beom for his own pleasure just like he originally did with yeonseoung but now that beom has taken his body, he’s no longer quiet about his feelings, instead beom is obsessive and scary and now geonpil doesn’t want to accept that yeonseoung is gone bc beom isn’t acting like the way he wants him to act (like yeonseoung), BUT he still sleeps with him….. idk if this made any sense, it just made think like damn men are still men even in yaoi ╥﹏╥
geonpil is similar too in the way he’s a pathetic man like he has nothing going for him, his life sucked (which i’m not saying it’s his fault for that but it just plays a factor) and the one person who loves him truly is yeonseoung (like sarah) but he just takes advantage of him knowing he likes him. it’s not the exact same as Bear but the parallels are making me think. Obviously geonpil didn’t ask for yeonseoung to die and turn into a demon but it’s just kinda funny how similar that is to nikki’s character, but geonpil refuses to acknowledge yeonseoungs death that was unintentionally his fault (playing with his feelings-> yeonseoung making an amulet-> yeonseoung dying)
