My theory is we're seeing him from Tae-oh's pov. At the start of the story, Dobin was just the secretary and he looked like any other person to Tae-oh. But as time went on and his feelings started to become deeper and deeper, the cuter Dobin started to look to Tae-oh.

Yes yes I agree 100%!!! He's just happier now and I love that Tae-oh is making him so happy that all of this new side of him is showing. It's so adorable how could anyone hate it

I don't think Dobin was twinkified. Even in the most recent chapters we are being reminded that Dobin is freaking 5'11 and even in cpater 86 it's shown that he's taller than his 2 co-workers. I just think he's getting cuter because he's now giddly, inlove and very happy which of course brought more of his cuteness. Dobin was cute before, but since the life he had before was hard and don't have the luxury to enjoy he would of course have a serious demeanour which tends to come of as mature. Now that he's being spoiled by Tae-oh so much, and not even having yo working so hard just to get the luxury he wants, who would not glow up like that?
Ahh they're so darn cute. I'm really happy for Dobin. whenever I see him being spoiled by Tae-oh, I'm reminded of how he used to roam in the streets hungry and dirty.
