I’m genuinely empathetic toward Mok, but that doesn’t mean I want him to go to Nanjo and guilt-trip him with “I’m going to die, so you have to be there for me.” I really hope he doesn’t go down that route. Wanting Nanjo to be the last person he sees can easily turn into emotional pressure, especially after Nanjo already told him he forgives him but doesn’t want to see him anymore. Mok needs help and support, not to make Nanjo responsible for keeping him alive. Otherwise he’s just going to fuck himself up even more.
