Sehwa as a woman was under the pin to being blamed for "mismanaging" the herbs from male colleagues, and probably even worse the importance could have made it harder for any woman to have the right over managing their herbal supply. Honestly for the sake of kicking them down her actions were for the best, the report to higher authorities(crown prince/emperor) may as well strip them from their positions for daring to touch the princess' herbs. All for princess, but nothing to address the lack of respect the female doctors were getting.
