listen, everything aligns with this trope from goong back in time to starting to see someone in romantic light which was not the case in their first life....the pregnant guy threw me for a loop though.While I have read multuple stories in which Mpreg was normal, very few have this "random guy gets pregnant out of nowhere" especially when the guy is neithet MC nor ML.
