They are high schoolers, the mc is cruel to his lover and takes him for granted, saying he’s not gay and pretty much edging him and pushing him away unsatisfied.
At the end he cries when he realizes the ml is starting to fall for someone else (some small kid with glasses). It ends with the ml hugging the crying mc and saying how it’s not fair that he’s like this now when he was going to move on. TIA!
