Either a oneshot or a short 1 volume work. MC was an abandoned emaciated child who was picked up by the ML. They sorta have a super codependency thing, MC is afraid of being abandoned by ML. ML needs MC to feel like he has meaning. ML gets a bf, who is an old friend, who says something to the MC about needing to grow up and leave ML that triggers his fears of being abandoned by ML so he runs away. ML frantically searches for him and when he finds him he breaks down on the street hugging MC saying he can't live without him. Ml's bf just sadly watches from the distance. Anyone remember this story?

I thought it was Fujisaki Kou work, but either way it was around that same time. It’s an older japanese yaoi one shot from earlier 2000-2010ish? They are high schoolers, the mc is cruel to his lover and takes him for granted, saying he’s not gay and pretty much edging him and pushing him away unsatisfied.
At the end he cries when he realizes the ml is starting to fall for someone else (some small kid with glasses). It ends with the ml hugging the crying mc and saying how it’s not fair that he’s like this now when he was going to move on. TIA!
I was interested in reading this until I looked through the comments. Looks like the ML ends up possibly switching? I mean, the cover literally translates to "I want to see Kisarazu-kun’s ××" and Kisarazu being Kouya's last name, should've indicated that he is end game, so the whole thing is sorta putting me off.
Is this worth the read? Should I start? Maybe I'll wait until it ends hahaha
