ML gets a bf, who is an old friend, who says something to the MC about needing to grow up and leave ML that triggers his fears of being abandoned by ML so he runs away. ML frantically searches for him and when he finds him he breaks down on the street hugging MC saying he can't live without him. Ml's bf just sadly watches from the distance.
